How about some stats first (age ,height,weight,bf%)and your goals.
I can tell u right now you wont find many here recommending yk11.

Yk11 is nothing we would ever recommend. I can't help you properly without knowing your stats and goals. Also where are your sarms from?

the first thing i can tell you is to NOT use yk11 man... you have no clue what you are actually using.. what are your stats? age/height/weight/body fat? do you have any clue what you are even doing?
