Blood Pressure and Sauna Use on Cycle

I recently came across this great article:

https://medicalxpress.com/news/2018-05-frequent-sauna.html

In the "other papers", and in the background they talk about how other studies have found frequent sauna use associated with lower blood pressure by affecting arterial stiffness, reduced risk of cardiovascular events, and reduced risk of stroke.

I sauna quite frequently and I also suffer from a sensitivity to the hepatotoxic effects of anabolics - my lipids and BP take a serious hit. I'm getting as high as 145/90 on fairly normal test/deca/anadrol doses.

So clearly anything we can do to mitigate and manage these side effects and increase our health and longevity on cycle would be great knowledge to spread in the group.

I'm wondering if anyone has experience with watching their own vitals on cycle either as a sauna user or someone who started using a sauna after never having used it?

i know that i used to have my own sauna and used it frequently and it made a significant impact on sleep and sense of well being
