It's always interesting to hear both sides of this debate that seems to go on forever lol. Great info Dylan
 
Yep mornings, gets you focused and ready for the day. It's a struggle to get into the habit at first but once you do it's easy and your body actually expects it. I feel worse on days I sleep in than when I'm up at 5am.

i hear you bro, im the same exact way for sure... i have to start my day off with cardio and im just so much more focused and refreshed
 
My morning workouts are defnitely what sets my day. I like to wake up, eat, and hit the gym starting the day off right
