I did a cycle of LGD and I am currently in pct with Clomid for 4 weeks.
I would like to know when I can do a new cycle.
I wanted to do a strong cycle for a recomp.
I have 18% of BF. 102kg -188cm
I'd like to stack LGD- Ostarine- GW
What is the best stack?
What dosage and what more sarms can i add

Hello , you need 4 weeks off after your pct is done , at 18% bf you should focus on cutting i'd suggest this:

1-12 gw 20 mg/day
1-12 sr 9009 30 mg/day split in 6 dosages every 2-3 hours
1-12 S4 50 mg/day split in 2 dosages 4-6 hours apart

if you want to recomp just replace sr 9009 with 10 mg lgd or 20 mg rad 140
