I've recently been talking to people, and discovered SARMS.
Ive been looking around but ultimately I dont know enough myself and so im reaching out for some advice.
I play field sports (Hurling, like a mix between lacrosse, hockey among other sports)
During the year partake in strength training (weightlifting), Running and some crossfit sessions during the week also.
What id be looking to do , ideally would be first to add some size, id be an average build at 5 foot 9, so some size and strength would be ideal, however the nature of the sport would be endurance also.
Could you advise on some of the best products to use?
