I'm having surgery on my knee soon and am hoping to optimize my recovery time. It was a severe tear and they're hoping to stitch it up so I won't be able to bend my leg for 4 weeks and will take 4-6 months to get back to training and playing sports.
I also have some early arthritis (in my mid-20s) from an autoimmune disorder, it would be nice to strengthen all of my bones/joints as I recover from this injury.
I've heard mk677 x mk2866 x lgd4033 can be a good mix. Also, tb500 x bpc157 sounds intriguing, but the increased cancer risk in tb500 is a bit concerning.
What are your thoughts on a good stack and/or the best single sarm/peptide for this type of cartilage injury?
Thanks in advance.
