For the next year I will be living in a tropical country, where I can get all sorts of fresh juices from all kinds of fruits. Which fruits you think are the best in terms of beneficial macros and low sugars? Thanks

you will need to say what country. If you are in the country of florida then eat grapefruit and oranges..lol. Always best to eat the fruit not drink the juice.

Juices won't necessarily have good macros but nutrient wise I would go with:
Pomegranate
Tart cherry
Grapefruit
At the top of my list

Pineapple is good... Lemon...
Really every juice has it's benefits. Just depends what your focus is on.

I juice a lot but I limit the fruits I incorporate in my juicing...if you have access to veggies as well as fruits where you are going to be at, then I would do both and not just fruits. I love this combo in my juices

Lemon
Apple
Parsley
Kale
Spinach
Cucumbers

I also do a combo of just coconut water, watermelon and mint

You can pretty much experiment on any fruits and veggies....it all depends on your taste bud

Agreed if you're juicing in that sense.

Yeah fruit juice is bad idea when it comes too body composition lots of sugar that primaraly fructose so huge insulin spike without the glycogen replenishment spil over the liver and into the fat cells . i limit fruit too a piece or two at breakfast or post workout and never deink the juice thats like getting all the sugar fron 10 pieces of fruit with none of the fiber.

I travel to tropical countries at least once a month and I drink Mango blended with milk daily. Best juice ever. I also get pineapple/mango blended with milk. Those are almost always the best fruits for drinking in the tropics.
