I've done a PH cycle in the past, as well as 2 test cycles. I'm looking to jump into the SARMs world now. What would you recommend for a recomp? I would ideally like to gain about 5 pounds of muscle, and lose ~2% BF. I'm between MK-2866 and GW currently and would prefer to stick to one compound for the first run.
Age - 29
Height - 5'7"
Weight - 175
Body fat % - 13%
Years of training - 15 on and off
Complete cycle history (compounds, doses, lengths of time, when they were run) - Halodrol, test cyp, test prop; dabbled between 2015-2017
PCT for each cycle - nolva, clomid, DAA, cortisol control
Goals - + 5 pounds muscle, - 1/2% BF
Supplements (if any) - creatine, fish oil, multi
General idea of nutrition (any food allergies???) - 45c/35p/25
