Sarms option or steroid option. I have a fair amount of muscle (23 BMI discounting fat) but also 28% body fat. Currently on a low calorie diet, weight training followed by HIIT, both every day. Also in Keto at the moment because my last blood test showed borderline diabetes and high boood pressure. Blood pressure 122/77 two days ago, so that’s fine since going on keto.
 
I would not recommend any aas for you in ur present situation. Aas increases blood pressure and messes up all ur lipids. Let the diet and workout work. There is no short cut and aas are not fatburners. Get your bf% about half that and ur bp under control

if youre looking into sarms, GW 501516, SR 9009, S4 is a great cutting stack. 28% is very high and you shouldn't go near any gear for now.
 
I really appreciate your advice guys. I’ll stay away from the gear and look into these Sarms.
What’s the max body fat anyone should use gear on? 12%?

Caloric deficit every single day is key. No excuses. Too many guys are good Monday-Friday and binge drink on the weekends. If you stick to a 500-700 calorie deficit every day you will get results fast.
 
My diet and workout is thus:
50g of fat, 200g of protein per day. Intermittent fasting from 8pm-6pm. I eat fish and lean beef in the 2 hr window, sometimes earlier (lunch time) if I get drowsy. I’m in Keto right now, which helps my brain and body stay alert on the deficit.
My BMR is 2400 calories, my TDEE is 3200 calories.
I do weight training at 7pm aiming for 3-7 rep range. Then insanity month 2 video.
My strength is increasing more slowly on this diet but still increasing. My weight is dropping slightly over one pound per day so far. I expect that to drop with my weight, especially once I get under 20%. It dropped 3 pounds per day the first few days.
My testosterone levels are about 580. I haven’t used any chemical assists besides TRT which keeps me at my mentioned T levels.
