Hello guys,
was just curious about a good cycle for running.
I was injured for around 4 months with shin splints and then a stress fracture. So I'm wanting to increase endurance while recovering muscularly quickly, increase bone density muscle durability and also increase tendon and ligament strength!
I know its a lot to ask, but if I'm not up to standards physically my job is on the line, and my muscles etc have atrophied from the time off!
