Bad Blood Results - Test and Estrogen wacked

So my blood-work came in.

I have been on "T" gel for a couple of years. Been doing okay. However, the last few bloods came back. (1/7/2015 was 214, started T, 8/1/2016 was 335, 10/1/2016 was 542) Doc thought it was coming nicely, for a 55 year old. My Endocrinologist, figured I should stop the gel, thinking my own production was kicking in. So I did. At this point I thought cold turkey was weird, so I started investigating, and that's how I found Dylan's videos. I learned about PCT and what not.

Within a month, I started feeling like shit. I lost A LOT of strength, I lost 3/4 inches on my arms and i felt this blackness in attitude start to come over me. That's when I called her up and said I want bloods done early! I told her I also wanted Estrogen checked as i had a hunch there as well. She questioned me on it, but I explained what I learned from this forum, Dylan's vid's and other research. being that I pay, she said okay.. Well 15 minutes ago, I got my results on my Quest Diagnostics app! F ME!

bloods1.jpg

So I have a call into the Doc, nurse saw the bad blood results, told her I want to get back on "T" but this time injection! Fuck this gel....

If you look at my other out of range issues, my hemocrits and red bloods have been high for a few years, but they are trending downward. Others are about the same.

So with that in mind, what would be the recommendations for me to get on track here?

~55 y/o, 5-9, 184 lbs @ 16% BF. In the gym 6 days a week, eating clean 99%. I allow 1 cheat meal every 2 weeks, and even that is not super cheating.

clearly the gel is not doing anything for you but make you worse... gel fucking sucks and i have no clue why they put people on that bull shit... were you prescribed an aromatase inhibitor? personally, if it were me and your doctor was not cooperating, i would say fuck it and do this yourself... i always like to see it doctor prescribed first but in this circumstance, there is clearly an exception... you need to tell them that you want put on injections, at least 150 mg week or just discontinue the gel and do it yourself man... seriously, this is ridiculous... clearly you are having a shit reaction to it... what is your total mg per week?

Actually I was on Androgel 1.6 - 2 pumps a day.. Took me from sub 200 to ~550. Was on it for 2 years.....

Well the issue was that the Endocrinologist told me to 1/2 the dose then, STOP when my "T" had gone over 500, I did not know any better, so I followed Dr. directions. And *NO* the doc did NOT prescribe an aromatase inhibitor! All of this did not make sense to me as an engineer (Don't fix, what ain't broke).... This is why I started researching and discovered your YouTube channel and this forum.

I am like HOLY F*K! I have been screwed by the "Real Doctors"!

I am already making a list of what I need in case the doc does not listen to me. I left a message to get back to me and *I WANT INJECTIONS OF T*

You gotta wonder why the Doc questioned why I wanted Estrogen checked!

Can you help me lay out a plan in case? Also, what is your opinion on me starting out with sustanon-250 rather than an injection?

Here's what I am thinking of doing on my own based on what I have seen in your videos. Am I on track? As I am looking to still lean out more, help with my arthritis damage, and also deal with prostate issues.

Planned Cycle
1-12 test cyp 150-200 mg/week or Sustanon 250
1-12 rad140 20 mg/day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 MK-2866 (Ostarine) 25 mg/day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 6 hours later

As an AI, every 3 days of aromasin (12.5mg)

Already have baseline bloods, will get followup at end of week 12.

4 week PCT Plan. Still incomplete on this plan... (I NEED HELP HERE)
clomid 12.5-25mg ED or EOD
MK-2866 (Ostarine) 25 mg/day dosed once a day in the a.m.

First and foremost you need to get your TRT lined out before you start a cycle. If need be find another doctor that will treat you correctly. You want weekly injections and not that gel shit. You want to be in the upper normal range.

Once that is all set and figured out we can help you by adding in some sarms and getting you a good cycle plan but your test is really low and you need to address that first.

what do you mean start out with sustanon 250 rather than an injection... im completely lost... what do you think sustanon is bro? of course its an injection... also, are you going to stay on trt? if so, then you dont need a pct... we need to get this squared away... you need to get your estrogen leveled out and get your trt figured out first... thats the most important before you do anything else... if you self medicate trt, then test cyp at 150 mg per week is a great starting point to assess... that works well for many but we have to dial this in first.. i can help you with your sarms layout etc... tell me your plan moving forward so i can help... are you going to do your own trt or come off etc?

Sounds exactly like my doc... I had to fight to have my estrogen checked at the first visit (which turned out to be low instead of high). Yesterday at the follow-up, he said the only solution was to go on female hormones which he was not willing to do (no, I didn't ask but that was part of his assessment). From my extremely limited knowledge of hormone balance and what I've learned through research/advice... increasing TEST will cause estrogen to increase in reaction to increased TEST. That's what we have to watch for. I don't mean to intrude on your thread but I believe this will help your discussion.

I've only been on TRT for a little over a week and I can tell it's working, I can feel my metabolism getting back in gear. I'm using 125mg of TEST CYP 250/week and will follow up with new blood work in another week. The process of buying the TEST was very simple, ordered pins online and read up on the proper manner in which to inject. This was all far easier than waiting for my incompetent doc to tell me exactly what I thought he would... I didn't even ask about injections after his estrogen comment.

This is just my experience and we will all react different, listen to the pros here and follow their advice. Take it slow and listen to your body. I hope everything works out well for you.

Sorry Dylan, I got confused. When I was looking at the isarms info on the sustanon 250 it showed it in pill form and also injection. I wanted you opinion on that.

Here's the photo on your site. Regardless what is your opinion of this over the test C?
buy-sustanon-250.jpg

So to lay this out.

  • Doc stopped my TRT. My "T" levels crashed, estrogen is high.
  • Waiting for doc (spoke with nurse) to get back to me to put me back on TRT, told her I want injection NOT the gel.
  • Need to get Estrogen levels down, told nurse to tell doc, I wanted something for that too.

NOW....

If doc does NOT come through I am doing this on my own... with your help of course. I have certain goals and needs on the list.

  • Get "T" back above 500 - Stay on T for life.. (Test Cyp 150 mg/week or Sustanon 250)
  • Get Estrogen back into normal (every 3 days of aromasin(12.5mg)
  • Lean out some more

Also with sarms I see that I can benefit from S4 and Osta. I have psoriatic arthritis and lupus damage to the joints and muscles, along with Myesthenia Gravis (grave muscle weakening). Additionally, I have prostate issues (though sub 1.0 PSA). My reading on your site and your videos show that there is potential to help with these issues using the 2 sarms listed, thus my desire to add SARMS to my TRT.

Hope this clears it up.

absolutely bro... perfect options for you and im glad you have done your homework... when we changed sites, this particular site had other articles etc. on them... disregard that shit, it needs to be removed... so, moving forward, once you get your things squared away with your doctor, letme know right away and i will get this all set up for you and get you moving forward! i will make sure you are better than ever

Okay got in touch with the Doc's office. All I can say is *F* them!

Endocrinologist said, since my Free testosterone was normal, they really do not want to do anything, will not get me back on Test! Though they were wondering why my estrogen was high. So they want me in middle of February for a "consultation" In other words take another $250.00 out of my pocket!!! Forget that! This is total BS. If she does not understand what aromatization is...

Dylan can you help set me up with something per the earlier discussion in the thread?

I assume the Test Cyp@150 and Aromasin @12.5 mg will be my base plan.

Can you help lay this out for me? Need a good source for those as well. Already got the SarmsX on "Speed Dial" for any SARMs.

Thanks Brother.

You can get the aromasin right from SarmsX and they're a lot of good sponsors on here with quality test cyp.

the arom from sarmsx is the shit you need to get your estro down for sure then you figure out where you will get your test from cyp in my opnion is good for a starter for trt. not sure if you are estro sensitive or what but I had the same prob my first run cuz I didn't add the arom, I was all emotional and bitching out crying and shit for nothing.

Save your money do your bloods on privatemedlabs, other than normal checkups and that with your doc.

i would just find another specialist first, was this a real endocrinologist or just a doctor ? (you can reference them by name to see their qualifications) they will make life alot easier when it comes to zeroing in your dosages for more accurate administration of compounds for you to achieve optimal levels. much faster and accurate than you will be able to by yourself, as long as they know what they are doing

During an annual physical a few years ago, I was having about 7 or 8 symptoms of Low testosterone. As part of my annual my Primary Care Physician ordered up a T and free T panel. It came back LOW LOW LOW around 150. He put me on Androgel and then referred me to an Endocrinologist in the same medical group in the Endocronology department. He diagnosed me as Hypogonadism, kept me on the gel. He moved to another office further away from where I work, so another Endocrinologist took over my care. For about 1.5 years I have been on the gel and my rates were just above the lowest of "normal", but I was doing really well. I was getting bloods every 4-6 months. Pretty much stable. On my last bloods in October, my Testosterone level went up to mid 500's, that's when she told me to cut in 1/2 the dose, then stop.

Pretty quickly I noticed the difference. Loss of strength, muscle, mood turned black, lack of sex drive. Got more bloods, and that is where the first post leaves us. T levels under normal, Estrogen levels high, but free testosterone is normal. She won't put me back on Testosterone from my phone call this AM.

So at this point I am going to take care of myself. I need a good basic starter TRT plan as discussed in the first couple of posts.

And yes, I *WILL* be on the hunt for a new endocrinologist. Arranging an appointment with my PCP for my annual physical, and I will get a new referral.

I am tired of F'n around and getting jerked around. Dr's DO NOT want you well!

if you go the self administer route I wouldn't even use the endo unless you have other concerns but most here use privatemedlabs and just pay for it online go get ur bloods done they email you your results then we all stand around and tell you you are fucked up. no just kidding, most here can tell you what the bloodwork means but by all means if you have other concerns like hypogonadism, thyroid shit like that stay with the doc's just know that when they see your bloods and see a fucking 700-800 test level or higher if you decide to blast on cycle they will know something is up. lol

and oh don't you know that's why they call it "practicing" medicine bwahahaha
