What’s the difference between using 6.25mg ED vs 12.5 EOD? Just test E 500mg/week. Seems that 6.25 ED would keep a more stable blood level? Any input appreciated

I prefer ED works better for me I think it’s more preference than anything just like some people inject short esters ED or EOD. I used to take 12.5 EOD and I felt like I would crash, taking ED stopped that for me.

you can do it either way if you want but you dont keep a more stable blood level every day however thats completely up to you on the dosing, either way is fine

You can do it either way. It has nothing to do with stability. It doesn't work like other compounds. The half-life of Aromasin is only about 9 hours, and clears quickly. However, because of how effective Exemestane is at eliminating Aromatose enzymes (80-90% after administration), estrogen levels will remain low up to 72 hours after a single dose of 25mg. This is why aromasin is very effective dosed just every other day. In one study, users were still 40% below baseline estrogen values 72 hours after their dose. This is because no more Aromatose can be made until your body produces more Aromatose enzymes. This makes aromasin very versatile for dosing and not require more frequency.

12.5mg eod has worked fine for me until I run high Test or a high aromatizing compounds such as MENT then I will go 12.5mg ed.
