Why its recommended to use aromasin at 12.5 eod and not ed since its half life is 27 hours isn't we should use it ed instead ?

Probably cuz it is suicidal. It kills aromatase enzyme. Pretty sure if you kill too much you're screwed for a long time.

Because the aromatose enzyme is basically destroyed and more aromatose can't be made until there are more enzymes. Studies have shown aromasin being effective at suppressing aromatose below baseline up to 72 hours after a single dose

Depends on the individual. I need to use 12.5 ed to keep estro down. Some people only need 1 dose every 3 days..
