Dear Dylan, recently went to Mexico to see a doctor for blood work, ended up bringing back hgh and test and decided to start taking them for life,my doctor out there said my blood work looked ok and probably wouldn’t have to take arimadex, upon flying home and taking my medicine my blood work revealed that my estradiol levels were way too high, the doctor told me to combine calcium glucarate with dim, I’m noticing body aches and not feeling well, I know this message is making you cringe, if I find arimadex is it dangerous to take it for life? Are there healthier substitutes? I am using sustanon 250ml once per week and genotropin Pfizer hgh 4 IU’s per day

How old are you, and what were your test levels before and after beginning using exogenous testosterone? I'm assuming you meant 250mg not mL, and that is more like a light cycle, not a TRT dose.

dude this just sounds like a huge fuck all... seriously... if you dont need trt then you have zero business just deciding you are going to do it for life... thats just about as ignorant as it gets so i hope thats not the case... were you diagnosed with low testosterone? also, thats way too much hgh to start with... thats completely unecessary... man, you are making a big mistake... and yes, all of this is making me cringe and thats an understatement

Ive seen D grade movies with a better outcome then this . Please listen to Dylan man, unless you have naturally low T and have seen a Dr or specialist to confirm a need for TRT then you are defiantly making big mistakes . That shits for life and serious.

Business owner, 30 years old, looking for better quality of life, struggled with low energy for a couple years, exercise/weight training and proper diet have been staple for 10+

I went to a sports clinic in Mexico that some major athletes and celebrities go to, the doctor there is very smart and would never push something dangerous on me, I think I made the right choice and all the smartest moves

Lol ok... u would know better than people that have been doing this as long as some of us have. Good luck

All disagreements aside, I had low T, struggled for years with low energy and I was unhappy. At first I took 2 iu’s per day of hgh and after a couple months I switched to 2iu’s twice per day because I want to grow I’m really looking for an answer on arimidex, what do trt guys use to lower there estrogen levels? Is arimidex the go to? Can you take arimidex for life are there better more sustainable options to lower your levels? I am very much aware of the seriousness of a life long commitment now I think next time around I’ll get the testosterone pellet injections, I still believe I am being responsible there is no need for me to ever take more than 250mg once per week

The issue lies in that a proper TRT almost never requires an aromatase inhibitor, and in reality 200mg of test is the usual upper limits of a TRT (and needing it this high is rare). You need to see an endocrinologist for a proper TRT if your natural test is too low.
