Well guys back at it again. Getting ready to put on some more size and dive into sarms. All products are sarmsx.

Stats:
Height 5'8
Weight 169-170
BF 14-15%
Cycles: 0 this is my first run.
Years training 5

Cycle layout

Weeks 1-12 lgd4033 10mg daily
Weeks 1-12 s4 50mg daily split doses
Weeks 9-12 DGA post CT
Weeks ALL MK677

PCT weeks 13-16
Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW 501516 20mg daily
DGA post CT

Goals: add 6-8 clean lbs while hopefully getting down a few % on the bf. Maybe hit a few PR in the gym as well.

Training: 4 day split MTTF with light cardio 3x a week on my lunch.

Diet: in a nutshell 3200 to 3400 cals. Will be tweaked depending on results. Meals include egg whites oatmeal rice ground chicken and ground turkey. Dinner with my family will vary each day and might not be the greatest but... it works.

Additional supps:
Daily multi
Fish oil
Occasional PWO or cialis

Cycle starts tomorrow. I have been on mk already for over 2 months. I'll attempt to log every single day. More so for myself so I can track my workouts and progress.

Seems like a great cycle bro! My first sarms cycle was almost the same... LGD & S4 will give you some great results, I’m sure. Good luck, keep us updated!
 
Good luck bro. I remember seeing a pic of you awhile back and you already have solid foundation of muscle so interested to see how this cycle treats you.

How about a before pic so we (and you) will have something to compare it to later?

S4... my favorite! Do you plan to experiment with progressive increased dosing? I was happiest at 75 - 100 mg/day with S4. Just need to go slow and gauge the night vision issues. Was almost nothing for me and totally tolerable.

Thanks for all the follows guys... right now I have enough to do 50mg until the last 3 weeks then I've got enough to bump to 60 for those few so well see how it goes. Maybe if it's good I'll grab another bottle once sarmsx opens back up

6 sets bench one to failure.
4 weighted dips
3 sets v bar push down
3 sets skull crushers

10 sets compound and 6 sets single joint. Look good to you?

One change you could consider is mabe 3 sets on incline 3 sets of flat with one set to failure. When the volume increases make sure you spread it across all sections of each muscle group hitting each muscle group from different angles!

That's not a bad idea... Also when do I do that set to failure? Just my last set on a compound? Or at the very end of the workout

I would do the set to failure on my last set for the section of the muscle group that I thought was the weakest. For example during a chest workout if my upper chest was the weakest I would go to failure on the 3rd set of incline presses. The first two sets I would pyramid up to my 3rd set with a weight that would bring me to failure within the predetermined rep range which is 6-8 reps for week 1. The sets that are not going to failure should be a RPE of 8-9. Does that make sense?

Yeah that makes sense. I think I am going to add incline too. So I'll probably use incline to failure since it's once of my weaker areas.
