Let me start by saying I really appreciate all the informative videos. But maybe I missed this part but my question is when on Anavar are you suppose to take it everyday? On know you touch on 40-60mg for men and about 4-6 weeks. Again thank you for the informative videos and taking the time out to answer my question.

you should split the dose into at least 3 doses... you could even do three times a day but two a day should be fine... split the doses 8 hours apart... make sure you are using protection with an oral steroid... go to dganutrition.com and get dga organ st to run alongside of anavar...
