Am I ready to cycle or do I need another year?

I am fat at the moment yes.. 5ft10 190lbs I am mid 30s

Just thinking if I should go one more year or start now.

I'm not great at judging bf% from pictures, but it looks like you may need to get it down a little bit more. Maybe try running sarms cutting cycle first.

You need to stand normal and relaxed
