I watched your video on YouTube about ALA. Have you had any bad side effects from taking this supplement? How long have you been taking it and how much? I've heard bad things about how it draws Mercury out of your body and if you don't take every 3 hrs even when ur sleeping can be harmful because Mercury goes back in to ur body.???

im not currently taking it but i never once had any issues with it and i took it for years...

I've never heard of that kind of side effect from ALA, and I don't know anyone that would dose it every 3 hours 24 hours a day.
