AI on PCT and On Cycle

Was curious to know the proper AI dosage on cycle and on PCT for a test Cyp cycle only (200~250mg for 12 weeks)
I got the protocol or 12.5 Aromasin every other day but is that while on the cycle or on pct....also what cycle support (liver etc) would you
experienced peeps recommend?

Your correct on aromasin..use it all the way through..what's your stats?

5'10 33 15% body fat..i was going to use anastrozole since have some but after a thorough email correspondense with Dylan lol he strongly suggested i replace that with aromasin.....also i have everything ready for PCT ...just in case. Want to run a clean cycle, so any input would be highly appreciated as it comes to tips pinning dosages (twice a wk instead of a whole dosage once a wk) ...i have some insulin needles which from vids i read some use but takes longer to draw out solution but cause less scar tissue?
