Advice on potential gyno

Hi guys just needed some advice. Currently running a cycle of 300mg Test p/w and just started winstrol 25mg/day 10 days ago. Only have 1 week of injections left before cycle is finished. Have had no issues with sore/puffy nipples however last 5 days my right side has gotten very sore and definitely has a lump. I increased my AI dose 4 days ago when it started and the left side came normal but the right side still feels like before. Should I still give it more time to wear off?

AI dose was 12.5mg EOD was taking an extra pill E3D since soreness to help. AI levels 4 weeks ago were normal a little bit on the lower end but still normal ranges.

Aromasin as my AI

i would bump to 25 mg eod to try to get it under control if you have a lump... stay on that dose until it subsides...

Yes if you have a lump, that would be the right thing to do. You don't want to mess around when it comes to gyno symptoms

Increased the dose, it is not as sore as before but still notice it. Still on 25mg EOD feel fine otherwise but not sure if my e is going to tank now from such a high dose

it likely wont but thats why you do bloodwork to check man... after 2-3 weeks check it and see where its at
