Hello I'm going in my third week of my lgd cycle. I' ve put on some weight and love the great pump.
I' ve a surplus of 500 cal.but I 'm thinking it's a bit to much because I've put on some bf to.
I wonder if it is wise to adjust my diet at the last 4 weeks of the 12 weeks lgd cycle and have a short of 300 cal to lose some weight so I don 't gain to much bf? Or better eat at maintanance?
I know you put on some bf when you bulk, but it goes a little bit to fast.
