Advice for after PCT please

Hi Dyaln,

Firstly I would like to see how much your videos have helped my understanding. The content and delivery is perfect.

I am coming up to finishing my first cycle of Test enanthate. I have ran 500mg over 12 weeks. I have everything set for my PCT, however I have a few questions.

1) what dosage do I need to take of:
clomid
Nolvadex
mk-2866
gw-501516

I am finding it difficult to get hold of Aromasin. Is it essential that I should get it?

2) How long should I wait in between my PCT before I do another cycle? I am 30 years old and have always struggled to put on the size I want. I have put on about 8kg during this cycle, lean and clean weight. How easy will it be to hold on to this and build on it on the next cycle?

you definitely need aromasin in pct... here is the link... https://www.sarmsx.com/liquiaro-15mgs-ml-30mls

time on = time off and time on INCLUDES pct as well... so if you run a 12 week cycle, you then use 13 and 14 for esters to clear and then pct is ran 15-18... so 18 weeks on = 18 off....

you can run a sarms bridge in between cycles...

Just a quick question. You are getting ready to come off but have a hard time getting aromasin? Did you run an AI on cycle?
