Most people grossly overestimatethe effects of growth hormone due to the nature of its name. If you’re looking for general increase in health and longevity I’d say low dose high is a pretty safe bet to help aid SLIGHTLY in that, but it’s all going to depend on your stats, diet, training, etc.
