I train mostly for MM gain and strength. I dont do enough cardio, and I need to be more discipline on my diet. I eat well, but have too many cheat meals.
That is my basic info. I am looking for SARMS suggestions to add to my TRT. I would like to get closer to 10% BF and add about 5-10 Lbs of muscle.
Any suggestions?
