Hello sir , I m 32 yrs old , training for about 6 years naturally , planning for steroids but before that I m educating myself everyting about it & thanks to you and I have a doubt .

Can you please tell me about pct and protection on cycle , suppose if i m on cycle like Deca -Test OR Tren- Test- Anadrol

Should I use Caber & Aromasin :

(1) Throughout the whole cycle OR
(2) Clomid , Nolva for 4 week as pct ? after the last shot ?
(3) Both methods can be used ?

bro if you are just learning how to use steroids then you absolutely cannot run either of these cycles man.. test only on a first cycle, period... you definitely cannot use nandrolones on a first cycle.. thats craziness...

when you are in pct, you are going to get a major spike in cortisol... cortisol is termed the "gains killer" for a reason... it will put you into a catabolic state which will not allow you to build muscle and at the same time will eat it away, on top of the fact you will also get unwanted fat gain... so you will lose muscle and gain fat that you had just busted your ass an entire cycle for...
