Hello Dylan,

I'm in the military and will be going to spec op tryouts very soon. I've been lifting and basically maintained a very active life style my whole life, I'm 31yrs old, and I'll be switching from traditional weightlifting to very intense crossfit in order to get me in the shape that I need to be in for spec op tryouts. Aside from crossfit I'll be doing a lot of swimming and running with a pack on. Being that it'll only be my second cycle and I have 3.5mon to train for this, what is a cycle you'd recommend for the time frame I have and type of training I'll be doing? Thank you in advance for your advice.

What is your full stats and experience? For the goals you have you'd be beet off going with a sarms stack. That would be perfct for strength, endurance, fat loss, recovery, and lean mass. The cycle I think would be best for you from www.sarmsx.com is this

thats impossible for me to answer when you literally give me nothing to work with... i dont know your cycle history, your goals?????????? your workout history? stats??? age/height/weight/body fat... you cannot expect any sort of valid answer when you give me nothing to work with…
 
Thank you for all the advice guys. As far as giving any specific stats, I'm 31yrs old, 205lbs give or take, height 6ft, and unfortunately I can't give you an exact number on my bodyfat percentage. My first cycle all I took was Test P. I took it as you normally advise people to approach their first cycle, 230-300mg weekly for about 4wks. I merely consider it a "tester" cycle at first just to see how my body would react. It wasn't a full cycle by any means. For my PCT I took .5mg of arimidex and 50mg of Clomid for 4wks.

As far as the type of training I've done, just regular traditional weightlifting. I've never done crossfit or any HIIT. Just go to the gym, lift heavy for 8-10reps, 5sets each exercise, and do cardio at the end of my session sometimes. Most of my cardio for the last three yrs has been done outside the gym due to the nature of my work in the military. Hope that helps, that's really as specific as I can get at the moment.

are you completely set on using test here or do you want to see a sarms layout?
 
I'm completely open to SARMS and gear, either one by themselves or both together.
with the goals you have, and considering you are doing crossfit, there is no need for steroids... you can definitely stack test with sarms but its not necessary for you... i have a perfect plan for you... here are the links to purchase everything you need followed by the layout...
