Today Sunday is the Eve of Battle. Up until today I fought bearhand against the evil empire of "Out of Shape". But This not so secret weapon is so devastating it will crush all surplus fat, LD cholesterol, and restore the "balance" of thyroid function. I-WILL-CRUSH-YOU!! :twisted:
In all seriousness, here are the fitness objectives:
1. Farmer's Walk 200 lb x 100 yards
2. Dead Lift 405 lb x 5
3. Squats 405 lb x 5
4. Pull Up Body Weight x 20
5. Bench Press 315 lb x 5
6. Shoulder Press 225 lb x 5
7. 50 yard-dash, 6 seconds or less
8. 100 yard-dash, 11 seconds or less
9. 400 meter-dash, 60 seconds or less
10. 1 mile run, 7 minutes or less
I have physical aesthetic objectives for after I achieve these goals.
Nutrition and execution are on point. Starting tomorrow I will post workouts and comments on nutrition and SARM's.
