1st Pure Essence Triple Stack Review

Today Sunday is the Eve of Battle. Up until today I fought bearhand against the evil empire of "Out of Shape". But This not so secret weapon is so devastating it will crush all surplus fat, LD cholesterol, and restore the "balance" of thyroid function. I-WILL-CRUSH-YOU!! :twisted:

In all seriousness, here are the fitness objectives:

1. Farmer's Walk 200 lb x 100 yards
2. Dead Lift 405 lb x 5
3. Squats 405 lb x 5
4. Pull Up Body Weight x 20
5. Bench Press 315 lb x 5
6. Shoulder Press 225 lb x 5
7. 50 yard-dash, 6 seconds or less
8. 100 yard-dash, 11 seconds or less
9. 400 meter-dash, 60 seconds or less
10. 1 mile run, 7 minutes or less

I have physical aesthetic objectives for after I achieve these goals.

Nutrition and execution are on point. Starting tomorrow I will post workouts and comments on nutrition and SARM's.

i LOVE the intro... that made me laugh but just smile with pride knowing how your attacking this... I love the attitude and i like how your implementing HIIT along with steady state... very wise... I like this a lot... you MAY want to consider trying cardio first as well or split them day and night if able but try all ways and see what works best for you...

I will be following throughout... I know you are going to see excellent gains surpass your goals...
 
Gentlemen, a big thanks foe all the support and encouragement. As Dylan mentioned, I'm including HIIT training for athletic goals. Yesterday Monday 08/03/2015 workout can be described in one word - INTENSE!!

I don't know if is placebo effect, but I was in the "zone" for my entire workout. Here is the log.

1. Deep Stetch Yoga, 60 minutes

2. Legs, 5x5 sets
A. Squats, 135, 135, 225, 225, 225
B. Extension machine, 190, 210, 230, 250, 270
C. Curl machine, 110, 130, 150, 170, 190
D. Single leg lunge (rear leg on bench for deeper stretch) BW, BW, BW, BW, BW

3. Core, 5x10 sets
E. Cable pulldown crunch, 70, 100, 130, 160, 190
F. Rollout extension/contraction, BW, BW, BW, BW, BW
G. Combo, side plank, heel touch, side crunch, V-crunch, standard crunch

Today, more advanced Yoga (that woman somehow gets MY heart rate up :lol: ) and 5x100 yard sprints, plus a one-mile run.

2. I planned to do 5x100 yard sprints. Was only able to complete 3x100 plus 3x40 yards.

you will be able to do triple this very shortly brother... your vo2max will only continue to grow and thus you will be able to do more and more and it will only grow bro...

D. Straight arm pull up (looks like standing pullovers), 50, 60, 60, 50, 40

2. Back, 5x10 sets

E. Cross cable pulldown, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90
F. Reversed Flyer machine, 100, 85, 70, 85, 100
G. Deadlift plus Low Row (highly recommend for lats), 95, 95, 135, 135, 185
H. Chin ups, BW+50, BW+30, BW+20, BW+20, BW

Triple stack dose is MK-2866 at 25mg, S4 at 25mg, GW at 20mg before workout. I'm keeping S4 at 25mg for a couple of more days.

This is Day 3 with SARM's and I'm experiencing deeper sleep and dreams, as well as a modest increase in sex drive. I experienced the deeper sleep from the first day I started the Triple Stack, yet the sleep is getting deeper and deeper every day. I'm waking up better rested, abig deal for a restless, light sleeper like me.

Very nice workout, and I'm glad to see you experiencing such great rest and recovery with sarms. They really benefit tremendously in that area,mane allow you to take your workouts to another level
 
SARM's Day 4, Thursday 08/06/2015

I took a rest day from the gym (soared all around, great feeling by the way) instead I went for a run. I ran about 3 miles in about 35 minutes. Although I've always been fairly athletic, my cardio has ALWAYS suck. I usually get the "screw this!!" feeling whitin the first mile. Today I got the "screw this!!" feeling during the last mile.

Still getting the deep sleep plus dreams and waking up fresher than usual. I'm drinking about half a gallon oh water, I want to increase the amount a full gallon.

Absolutely brother it would. Proviron enhances any and every cycle, and I think it would be a great addition here. If you choose to add it run it at 50mg per day
