Is there any medicine for acne while running cycle. I am 30 years old but still get acne please help me out.

Do you use antibacterial soap cause that definitely helps?

I also take 2-3 showers daily. Clean freak

Amy time there are fluctuation in hormone levels, it can cause acne. That's pretty normal. Just wash regularly, and try a good astringent. Regular tanning helps considerably as well
