Hey Dylan big fan and long time sub of your YouTube channel I am 18 and on sarms I first tried when I was 17 and ran a 4 week cycle of ostarine I read it didn’t suppress for 4 weeks so I ran no pct or anything fast forward 9 months and I decide to get blood done and turns out my estrogen level is 151, so I’m assuming since the summer I’ve had high estrogen, I am now on a rad-140 cycle and taking e-xstane which is an estrogen blocker type of thing, health is most important to me, what can I do to make sure my estrogen goes back to normal
