A healthy diet is one that helps to maintain or improve overall health.
A healthy diet provides the body with essential nutrition: fluid, adequate essential amino acids from protein, essential fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, and adequate calories.

Here I share 10 Ways to Maintain a Balanced Diet Chart:
They are:
1. Choose healthy and low-fat food items.
2. Avoid cheesy and fried food.
3. Add milk and milk products to your daily food list.
4. Replace the processed food with fruits and green vegetables.
5. Avoid sugar and include a little of curd.
6. Follow a strict mealtime.
7. Do some easy exercise daily.
8. Be physically active.
9. Maintain a sufficient sleep time.
10. Be engaged in creative works.
