PDF resources

Hi guys I thought I'd create a PDF thread as a resource for the community.

There are a lot of great reads out there and rather than post multiple threads for each book I'm thinking it would be cleaner to keep them all in the one place.

If you know of any PDF files that might benefit the forum, please post them.

Needless to say the great thing about PDF's is that you can save them forever with a click of your mouse..

Let's kick it off with The Anabolic Diet by Mauro Di Pasquale :D

The Anabolic Diet by Mauro Di Pasquale: http://www.activhealth.co.uk/images/anabolicdiet.pdf

Bodyopus by Dan Duchaine: http://www.anasci.org/ebooks/Undergroun ... to,-74,542 (rotate setting top RH screen)

Underground Steroid Handbook 2: http://www.anasci.org/ebooks/USH%20II.pdf

Alan Palmieri on Vince Gironda: http://www.davedraper.com/fusionbb/fbbu ... daBook.pdf

Dan Duchaine - Dirty Dieting Newsletter: http://juicedmuscle.com/jmblog/sites/de ... letter.pdf

Lyle Mcdonald ultimate diet 2.0: https://www.google.com.au/url?sa=t&rct= ... bQ&cad=rja

Lyle Mcdonald Rapid Fatloss Handbook: http://www.ironmagazine.com/ebooks/The_ ... ndbook.pdf

Vince Gironda Gems: http://www.pdfarchive.info/pdf/G/Gi/Gir ... a_Gems.pdf

Charles Poliquin - The Poliquin Principles: http://www.fitnessbootcampscanada.com/F ... ciples.pdf

Arnold Schwarzenegger encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding: http://www.pdfarchive.info/pdf/S/Sc/Sch ... ilding.pdf

I remember that dirty dieting newsletter. Only Duchaine would make the headlines read how to make GHB. That has nothing to do with diet, but boy you can high as a kite on that stuff. I used to make for a friend who loved to get high but could not use anything because he got drug tested every 3 months. He worked on those power lines..you know...the ones 2000 feet in the air! So he used ghb because it never shows up on a drug screen. Hard to belive the stuff used to be OTC

Yeah that PDF is the pick of the bunch so far IMO - Dan was nuts in a truly awesome way :)

Here's a couple more

Lyle Mcdonald ultimate diet 2.0: https://www.google.com.au/url?sa=t&rct= ... bQ&cad=rja

Rapid Fatloss Handbook: http://www.ironmagazine.com/ebooks/The_ ... ndbook.pdf

Thanks for the kind words everyone, I'm thinking I might edit the OP to list them all as they get added when time permits..

Thanks guys, some of the material might not appeal to everyone - but that's to be expected :)

Here's one mans take on his experience with Vince Gironda LINK: http://www.davedraper.com/fusionbb/fbbu ... daBook.pdf

Dave Draper is correct. The book is just little tidbits poorly put together in no orderly fashion. It was like vince was thinking out loud and someone was writing what he was saying. The book was good only for people who already knew of Vince and his ways. I love having all of these links bro...good idea!

Everybody should read this from vince. He was so far ahead of his time and lo and behold he is still ahead of his time. Experts have let carbs into the diet and have embraced them...WHY? Because it sure the hell is a lot easier to eat carbs every 3 hours than it is to eat no carbs. But if you ever decide that you want to get ripped to the bone then you better get familair with vince. I have tried many diets to get ripped and most of them work in some fashion. But no diet has ever ripped me up like these diets from vince. One day I drank a qt of cream and found by calipers that I lost 1.5 lbs of fat overnight. This my friends is the real deal. This aint no rice potatoes, and all the lovely carbs we think are feeding us. The carbs are not feeding you..they are keeping you coated with a layer of marshmallow cream. Seeing and doing is believling.

Well said DRB : )

The whole concept of what Vince represented gets missed all too often.. for the guys who don't know about him think about it like this:

Take a high IQ no nonsense personality who's main drive in life is to create the best physiques on the planet - and then give him 1000 disciples who will do anything, eat anything and lift anything he tells them to. His disciples had to be tough as nails or they weren't worthy of his attention.

Apply decades of experimentation with *every* food/training combo possible and there you have it. :)

Another PDF - this one's pretty chunky
Arnold Schwarzenegger encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding: http://www.pdfarchive.info/pdf/S/Sc/Sch ... ilding.pdf

Slowly adding these to my iBooks! Can't wait to delve into a couple of them! Thanks.

well put descrition of vince. One cocky sob. He was like Ali...it ain't bragging if you can back it up. Vince had a lot of stage prescence in his day also. He called his posing...studied arrogance!
