New to SARMS and would like to know a good cycle/stack for a beginner and the duration of use? I'm 43 yo, been hitting the gym for about three years now. Over the counter supplements is all I've been using.

Hey EZ_E. Thanks for responding. I'm 5/10 currently 180#'s @ 15% BF. I want to build a nice physique. I also want to hit 200#'s of clean muscle. I was there before, however, I was much younger and really don't want to go the dirty way again.

Be honest; don't write what you think we want to hear
Remember to be patient. You aren't going to gain all 20lbs back in 1 SARMs cycle. It will take lots of time and dedication. The nice thing you have going for you is muscle memory. The fact that you were at 200lbs before should make it easier for you to get back there as opposed to someone who has never been there before.
