What's up Brothers,new dude here. I feel privileged and honored to be a part of this community. Like all of you, lifting is my life. I'm 35 been lifting for a couple years. 5'9 182lb bf around 20%. Still a lot of work that needs to be done and I'm looking forward to meeting you all and learning from you guys,taking advice and etc. feel free to pm me or whatever if you have any questions.
