Mixing Powders for Capsules

Hi, I have bought ostarine in a raw powder form and I'm going to make it into capsules as I do not like the taste of liquids. Is there anything i should mix it in the capsule with to make it more bio-available or is it fine just to take straight, thanks.

It's fine to take straight, and you can chase it with grapefruit juice if you want to increase bioavailability. As far as liquid sarm, most use alcohols in the suspension, and can have a bad taste. Esarms.com usues glycerin instead, and they don't taste bad at all. I recommend giving them a try when you can.
