Mini PCT out of stock?

I know it says it will be restocked by dec 5th but whats the reason? I would like to start my RAD140 soon but need to know for sure if it will be back up by then. I dont want to start the RAD then somehow not be able to still have the PCT after Dec 5.
Should I wait to start?
