I'll cut the crap with the boring shit everyone does. Been lifting around 1 year and a half consistently (6x a week). Cutting down as we speak to around 11% (from 20% Body Fat due to a huge bulk). Once cut is finished stats will be (predicted) 150lbs / 11%. Cutting from 170lbs, started lifting at 124lbs at 5"8.
Starting an Lgd cycle after roughly 3 weeks after finishing my cut. 10 Week Cycle should look a little like this. The large mg numbers are per week. Not stacking with anything else, looked into rad and s4, but rad is too expensive and I don't want vision sides with s4. Bought from Enhanced Athlete.
Week 1 - 5mg per day / 35mg
Week 2 - 5mg per day / 35mg
Week 3 - 5mg per day / 35mg
Week 4 - 10mg per day / 70mg
Week 5 - 10mg per day / 70mg
Week 6 - 10mg per day / 70mg
Week 7 - 10mg per day / 70mg
Week 8 - 10mg per day / 70mg
Week 9 - 10mg per day / 70mg
Week 10 - 10mg per day / 70mg

The purpose of this lgd cycle is to put on lean mass specifically, dropping body fat would be good too, but mainly putting on lean mass. Roughly around 8-10lbs+ is the ideal for me.
Will be training 6x a week.
However wanted some advice on a few things....

1) Looking to put on 8-10lbs+ of lean mass. Is this possible? What surplus of cal do you all think would be good? Tbh as much lean mass as possible is the aim.

2) Any ideas on if I'll be surpressed afterwards? I'm gonna run the blue ox pct (enhanced athlete product) afterwards, will that be okay? As major pcts (I've read on forums) aren't needed. A light pct / no pct was what I gathered was what was needed for the cycle.

3) Any other advice to help?

Also will maybe get blood work done but am not sure as of rn, help would be much appreciated, thank you! :)
