Looks kind of like a pain in the rectal area to me. First thing is... I do not eat pasta, bread, potato, or rice. I do like oats, barely, quinoa, bulgar wheat. I do not like eating all day long. Three meals of 400 cals plus 2-3 snacks...like a handull of almonds, for another 1000calories. That is all I need now. 2300cals. Eating all day long means always requiring insulin excretion, always needing peristalsis, acid production etc. It gives your stomach no time for rest. I know my way is against the grain, but it works for me.
Breakfast 3-4 yard eggs, 1-2 Triscuits. Less than 400cals.
Lunch-3 cans of tuna delivers 360 cals +78g protein. Add 1/2 head romaine. Right at 400cals
Diner 8oz sirloin, 1-2 bunches of fresh brocoli. A little over 400cals

Seems easy enough. Simple to do..no timing or worrying. I do put some of that crystal clear coconut oil, mct oil, into a spray bottle meant for plants. You can pump the bottle up with pressure and spray a fine mist. Also I bought some of those red coated fry pans and they are awesome. My favorite seaoning is NaCl + KCl + powdered cayenne in equal amounts.
