HGH levels

My doctor said my HGH levels were at 390 after bloodwork. I?ve been doing about 4IU daily.

Is that too high/low? He said normal is around 200.

It's not going to be normal if you running HGH. You want it to be high. That's the whole idea.

You really should do a GH serum test if you want to verify the quality. There's a protocol you need to follow.

That's IGF-1, not GH. GH levels at a certain hour don't matter. Your IFG-1 matches more or less quantity of GH you are taking.
if tou do HGH all year around then it's ok, if you do HGH in cycles then you should look for 500+ IGF-1.
