Gw for 4 weeks

It normally doesn't reach full effects til around week 8 but you notice the cardio and stamina benefits pretty quick. I'm sure it will assist in a slight way but it won't melt the fat off you. Diet and hard work have to be on point.

Should be no problem! Im no official on the gw, but i did used to wrestle and have to cut weight alot. 10lbs or less in a month can be achieved through diet and training. Lotsa cardio especially. And I imagine from what other info ive gathered here the gw will help aid in that. Good luck to you brother and thank you for serving!

Hey guys can u still make fat loss running gw for 4-5 weeks. I'm goin to the military in 6 weeks.
Yes, you can make some progress in 4-5 weeks, but obviously to get the most out of gw you need to run it a full 12 weeks
