Today I did a hydrostatic BF test...and despite not being on my normal diet and work out for the past 2 weeks, due to international travel and the holiday
I tested lower BF than at any time in my life....5.87%

Good to know you make custom blends. That's great for someone with OCD like me. Trying to match up a compound with an odd number dosage with a compound with an even number dosage is my worst nightmare.
