Sad to see Valhalla go but luckily I got an order in right before they closed up shop. NY and MissNY are nothing short of spectacular. Just pinned a cc of the raven blend and had to put my head on the freezer, chest lit up and coughed instantly. Strong shit, off to squat.

I was fatigued from a long meet prep, as I'm getting to my last heavy training days before my meet. Work on Friday kicked my ass. Needless to say, without this stuff, my training may have not went so well on Saturday without this. Warm ups we're feeling okay but not like how I like them to feel. Ended up squatting 826 lbs (I use kilo plates, which is why the weird number) in wraps for a nice single. Then I went home and ate donuts.
