Need a lot more info. What are your current stats? Age, height, weight, bf%, goals? What type of test and and how many mg/ml. How long are you going to run said test?

Doesn't matter when you dose them during the day. It only matters the frequency. Some things are daily, some EOD, some twice a week. If you don't already know this you probsbly shouldn't cycle
