    Biotech Sarms Log

Haven’t done SARMS in a couple years so wanted to do a basic stack to reintroduce them to my life. Went with Biotech as a trusted Mod is a rep which gives me confidence regarding quality. Smooth ordering and payment and great communication throughout. Here’s some gear porn while I write out the cycle. IMG_0830.JPG

    Thanx for checking in Bro’s. So cycle outline;

I’m TRT at 90mg Robotest a week which has my Test level around 670, so no PCT.

    S4 50mg a day, split in 2 doses
    GW 20mg a day

I’m doing my AM doses with PWO 30 minutes before the gym and second dose of S4 12 hours later. I know the half life of S4 is shorter, but I figure I’ll hit a steady level after a couple weeks. I also plan on increasing the S4 10mg every 2 weeks while watching for sides. At 80mg a week the S4 will be 8 weeks and GW, at 20mg a day, will be 12.

I decided to add a SARMs cycle as I do 1-16 week cycle of AAS a year and thought it would be fun.

    Day 3 and feeling great......

So, let's see...about a week in and reflecting on results so far.

I have been noticing a harder pump in the latter end of my work out routines. Maybe this is a sign of stamina increase, although once I get the psytrance pumping in the headphones my focus is a laser beam on any given day. I'm keeping the caloric intake in the neighborhood of a lean bulk but plan on cutting carbs in the coming weeks in order to give the GW a chance to burn fat.

I just introduced a new routine that includes squats, DL's, heavy decline presses, and OHP and will be moving towards failure in the 6-8 rep range in a month or so.

This is a very basic SARM's stack but combined with my diet and training we will definitely see what they are capable of.....

I haven't noticed the vision side from the S4 yet, but honestly, I haven't made a point of trying to walk around in the dark. I am getting great pumps in the gym and I look huge, gotta weigh myself this week to see where I am at.

Got the big lifts on the go and feeling great........

At the point you are at right now things should really be going well. This is what the 3rd week or so?

Hi RR, Yes, actually crossing into the 4th week. Noticed the S4 vision sides the other morning as I jumped out of bed and headed for the coffee I was like, "Whoa, I've seen this before.."(or not seen this before for that matter).

I have all my compound lifts on the go, but moving up in weight slowly as my form on squats was off a bit. I moved to smith machine for squats in order to balance things out and working a progressive overload approach that has me at 155lb for 10 right now. I have 2 months to bring this up so best not to get impatient, just focus on form, and as Rich Piana (the man we all used to love to hate) would say, "Leave the ego at the door".

SARMS cycles have always been a more subtle affair for me than AAS but by focusing on the routine I designed I'm sure I will be able to report clear results. I'm sticking with a lean bulk right now, 2 pounds of chicken, meat, or fish a day with controlled carbs, and have noticed maintaining my definition even as the scale goes up. I'm at about 228lbs right now which is 6 up from start of cycle.

A random guy stopped me on the street yesterday and exclaimed, "You must dead lift a lot!"

Well, as a matter of fact, I do.........

I did a few SARMs cycles years ago but never really had the kind of results that kept me coming back for more. That said, no doubt I am dryer over all and really noticeable in the abs, and this with no real cut diet in place.

Moving forward with the big lifts, form over weight, and I have cut back to training a 4 day split 5 days a week. I had been training 6 days a week for years, so just another way to change things up. I'm up to 70mg on the S4 and holding steady at 20mg on the GW.

No doubt this cycle will further solidify my foundation for my Spring Primo cycle to polish things off.

    Just getting started.........
