Got all of my gear together and starting my first blast doses at 350mg a week for 14 weeks with 60 mg of turinabol for 6 weeks. How much aromasin or arimidex should I take and for how long? Thanks

well you start with certain doses and then assess because we are all different on how estrogen sensitive we are.. thats why you do PRE, MID and POST cycle bloodwork...

starting points are 12.5 mg eod on aromasin and .5 mg eod on arimidex... you have to assess from there

Dylan gave you the right way to run aromasin. Thing to remember is everyone is different and you have to assess your own needs with an AI which comes with experience. What is your cycling experience?

If you don't fully know how you respond to estrogen yet then start with the doses Dylan gave you and get blood work mid-cycle. That will show you if you need to adjust up or down.
