Goal is to drop 5 lbs . Aesthetic appearence. If possible stay 185 and increase muscle mass.

I consume between 3000-3500 calories ed

Diet for cycle:

Eggs,oatmeal spinach,cottage cheese,chicken,lean pork,beef,white rice,fish oil, walnuts,almonds,water,fruits and vegetables.

I have used tren ace x 5 cycles in the past
Made gains
