SarmsForSale Log!

Doing great.
Taking pics by yourself is harder than one would think!!
I?m too embarrassed to ask someone in my family to take my pics. Figure they would laugh at me for being vein. I like to do it for progress proof.
Don?t want my face in it. Usually not the best facial expression while trying to pose or hold breath. Not sure how body builders make it look so effortless. Must be cause they have big muscles and I?m just trying to have the elusion of having some.
Ha ha keep the post coming. You progressing nicely

Thanks Dylan sorry it wasn?t showing before for me!

Slyder yea it?s tough I don?t do the whole 1000 pics either to post one I just take em and post.

Progress though has been pretty good and excited to start the mk2866 lgd and rad140 in the next week or so!

Looking great man. Awesome updates. How are you liking the goblet squats? Once I started doing those it was a game changer!

Thanks brotha! Yea they are definitely different than a barbell squat but honestly I feel them more. Plus they are easier on my back so might permanently stick with them! I also do a variation of like a normal squat stance with feet just outside shoulders toes pointed ahead and sumo style wide leg squats with toes pointed about 45 degrees outwards. Seem to be working!

Alright so got up early this morning and hammered out my pulling day. Was kind of tired and not in the mood to train but once I got going it turned out to be a great workout.

I usually start off with my chins and pullups but decided to switch up the order of my moves and incorporate the 200 pound resistance bands I picked up last week.

I did a bunch of sets or rows (wide grip palms down, neutral grip palms facing in, and low rows with palms facing up) where I didnt track rep counts just kept going until fatigued.

Then looped them around my pullup bar a down and did the same tactic of reps till failure except these were lat pull downs with the same pattern of alternating grips.

Next was 100 pound dumbbell bent over rows. 5 sets reps were 12/11/9/8/6.

Then did body weight bar pulls 5 sets reps were 16/13/10/8/7

Then I hit my Pullups and Chinups. I did my usual 20 pounds added on my dip belt and reps were down but thats fine that was the goal to pre-fatigue before hitting these exercises.

Chins - 5 sets reps were 9/8/8/6/5
Pullups - 5 sets reps were 9/7/7/6/5

I finished with some 50 pound dumbbell curls and then used my resistance bands standing on them to do curls as well to burn out. Was a pretty substantial workout but felt great!

Updated pics. Feeling a little bloated but it is what it is. Note its not from the sarms just had more sodium over the weekend and with all the water I drink I noticed im holding water but will dissipate over the next day or 2.

Cant wait to add the LGD, RAD, and Osta next week! Stay Safe everyone!

Lats are coming in nice

Thanks man! Yea trying to keep/add as much size but not add bodyfat which is a fine line for me. The funny thing is people actually tell me I look bigger when i am leaner and have actually lost size which is fine with me!

nice work bro! yeah, watch the sodium! its easy to take in a lot of it without even realizing it

Yea its funny like I track as much as I can and I know when I have more than normal the next day or so I weight in 3-5 pounds heavier and look bloated and lose definition. Crazy how something like that can visually make such a difference.

same bro... literally... i make the smallest tweak to my diet so i can tell.. one tweak i made was to salt my egg whites and sure enough, after 5 days it started to hold onto extra water, just that small little bit i added... its crazy how the smallest fucking things on certain people can affect them.. thats just all about knowing your body and learning it bro

No agreed whenever i see changes, both positive and negative, I track back mentally over the things i did/ate/drank and if it was positive I continue and if negative I cut out always trying to progress.

Its just like all the cookie cutter diets and training regimens out there. They are a good base to start but need to tweak everything to see how your body adapts.

electrolyte balance is huge. you don't want too much salt, but you don't want too little either. pretty easy to get plenty with american diet

Thanks guys and so still carrying on as best as possible! Im hovering around 248 pounds still btu gaining some vascularity and trying to lean out.

Again the MK2866, LGD, and RAD140 will be added likely beginning of next week.

Chest day was today. Went for some heavier dumbbells for chest press and mixed in my bands and pushup bars.

Did some warmups with my bands and some pushups then jumped into my workout:

6 sets x 8 reps at 95 pound dumbbells
4 sets x 10 reps 30 pound weighted dips
4 sets x 10 reps 55 pound flat bench triceps extensions
4 sets x 12 reps flys with 100 pounds of resistance on resistance bands
4 sets x 12 reps triceps extensions looped around my pullup bar with 150 pounds of resistance
5 sets of pushups reps were 28/25/22/18/16

Was torched by the end. Stamina has been through the roof with the cardarine and sr9009 so very happy with both.

Post workout pics. Hope everyone is doing well and keep at it!
