Dylan had requested to have some academic focus on popular compounds, and so we'll be launching a series of articles I'll be authoring about recent work done in the medical field regarding SARMs. Beginning with new and exciting potential benefits of GW-501516.

Disclaimer: If you choose to supplement with a given compound, ultimately, the responsibility is on you to make sure you are well informed. This author feels that there is no substitute to making decisions based on guidelines set by professionals with experience using GW-501516.

GW-501516 can help you heal faster
When we get injured, one of the processes that take place is that very specialized cells called myofibroblasts are kicking into gear. Those cells are actually hybrids, half muscle cells half fibre producing cells. Myofibroblasts can actually contract stronger than any skeletal muscle and even cardiac (heart) muscle cells.
Why? These are the cells that line the edges of our wounds, and they contract forcefully in order to bring the wound edges together and form a sturdy, instrumental framework on which we make new cells, and ultimately, heal.
GW-501516 has show to target receptors in those specialized cells, during an event of injury, that cause them to contract more forcefully, as well as transform them to produce more fibres to promote faster healing, much faster than humans are capable of naturally(1).

GW-501516 can help prevent and treat fatty liver disease
According to studies up over 175 million people living in North America suffer from steatohepatitis (fatty liver disease) where there is inflammation in the liver tissue(2); This disease occurs due to metabolic strain on the liver from problems such as damage done due to breakdown of alkylated orally administered compounds, insulin metabolism problems as well as oxidative damage.
A interesting study finds, that by mysterious, unknown mechanisms, GW-501516 completely restructured the energy metabolism of the liver at the cellular level, dissolving the fat accumulating within them, reducing inflammation and apparently – treating the disease(3).

GW-501516 can turn your immune system into a fat burning symphony
An exciting study has determined that one of the chief cell types of our immune system, Macrophages, specifically react to GW-501516. Macrophages are the cells that devour and destroy bacteria, virus infected cells, as well as trigger healing and stop inflammatory reactions in the body. Excitingly, GW-501516 seems to target distinct receptor arrays in these cells, causing these cells to burn (oxidize) dramatic amount of fat to drive their role in the human body.
This means that GW-501516 can turn your immune system into a fat burning machine(4).

GW-501516 may actually be able to protect you from a heart attack
Beginning on the 5th week of pregnancy, the embryonic heart starts to beat, and never stops until the day we die. The heart undergoes tremendous strenuous loads, especially when our body fat is higher, our diet is richer in sugars, or while we are sick. The heart is a unique type of muscle, it's the only muscle in the human body that actually prefers using fat for energy(5).
GW-501516 has been shown to act on receptors within cardiomyocytes (heart muscle cells) that shift energy producing metabolism dramatically, allowing te heart muscle cells to burn the fat they so desire more efficiently at higher rates. This has been speculated to allow the heart to push through metabolic barriers that occur during stress, and even – during heart attacks(6).

GW-501516 can combat atherosclerosis (arterial wall hardening) and protect your blood vessles
The deposition of fat causing hardening of the arteries is actually the number one cause of death worldwide(7). In this exciting research, GW-501516 acted on special cells that line the walls of our blood vessels, called endothelial cells. Those cells are damaged over the years, even with ideal diet, by deposition of fat that naturally circulates in our bloodstream.
Interestingly, GW-501516 has been demonstrated to block the influx of fat into these cells lining the blood vessel walls, thus protecting them and likely diverting fat to metabolic pathways to be used elsewhere in the body(8).

Clarification: The articles I author on the forum are interpretation of many studies I go through to bring you a compressed, understandable scope of current medical information. These posts on iSARMs are exclusive to this forum, and are not published anywhere else or by anyone else – thus, if you would like to follow up on this information you would have to go and read the original research papers.

VERY VERY VERY NICE info brother! this is sticky material and i will utilize this in a new video soon... i have gathered other studies to combine with this... fucking awesome bro!

Nice dude glad to see you're doing articles! Experience is one thing, but science and experience together is the tits. That's how smart cycles get ran.
