Since you are taking it purely for fat loss, I would probably space out the dosing throughout the day. If you were already taking Cardarine as well and looking for overall performance and fat loss, I would just say to take it all pre workout since you have the GW in your system daily already.
First thing is that you have to have proper expectations that it is going to take a looooong time to get there. You have to be dedicated to being consistent with diet and training for a long period of time. You didn't gain that weight in just a few months so you won't lose it in just a few months.
If you really enjoyed your test cycle, you can always run that again. You don't have to look to add compounds each time you do a cycle. If you wanted to try a combo though, I would do test with deca.
