Hi I read on steroid.com to take 150 mg of clomid and 40 mg of nolvadex a day for pct. I tried this yesterday and had horrible side effects . I want to take clomid and nolvadex at the safest dosage possible, please can you help Dylan Gemelli thanks. I just want to be safe
