Can any give some example of a an ideal tren enathate and testerone enathate cycle and and explain why

Age 27
Body fat 13 percent
Goals gain muscle lose fat and keep gains after cycle
Been lifting 7 years
Been on test enathate only cycle

I have ran a tren enathate with test enathate cycle before i was given wrong info on that though

I will have 2 250mg/20ml bottles of test enathate to work with and 3 200mg/10ml bottles of trenbolone enathate to work with
I want to know what i should use a week and for how long to get the most of what in have. Also if anyone can help me the the on cycle stuff like aromasin and caber usage. I need proper dosage to use of pcts as well
